Active quality control

Every time we clean we apply a two-stage quality control. First, as we finish working on site, one of our team leaders assesses the work that was done, making sure that the work meets our high standards and checking to see that nothing was missed.

Then, we place calls to all of our clients a few days after the work was performed to ensure that you were totally satisfied with our service. If for any reason you don't feel that we deserve a five-star rating at that time, we do everything we can to make it right.

Bonding and our full-scale safety program

Bonding is an extra assurance you have as a consumer that the people coming into your home have been through a rigorous process of background-checking and qualification. The bond gives you financial security against any potential loss, both by providing for compensation to you should the unthinkable happen and by providing financial penalties to the company in that event. For companies who contract our services, our bond offers similar assurance that the contracted work will be completed to high quality standards and on time.

Our company also implements a full-scale safety program which not only helps to reduce costs for the company, savings that then get passed on to you as the client, but also creates a safer environment for you when we provide you service. Our cleaners

Hearthstone implements rigorous standards for our cleaners to provide you with the highest possible level of service and assurance. Each cleaner has passed an in-depth evaluation of their background and abilities. We only hire cleaners who have performed well on tests of their resourcefulness and communication ability plus have a history of vigor and attention to detail.

Each of them is bonded against theft and has maintained a superb record of client satisfaction. In return for all this, we take good care of our personnel by offering them respect, good pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Services are usually performed by the same individual cleaner or cleaning team as is always assigned to your home, people who have been thoroughly background checked and screened. There's no need to be home

While we're always happy to meet and spend time with our clients, there's no need if you have other things to do. Some of our clients even choose to have us hold a copy of the key to their home, which we do at our secure office, under lock and key.
